I would have appreciated more communication. I received the video of my inspection of my vehicle and the additional recommended services. After I approved the services I didn’t hear anything from anybody. I tried calling and texting before you closed at 6 to see if my vehicle was finished and no one answered or responded. I then had to call and inquire the following morning myself without anyone reaching out. I had also requested that I get a new windshield - because I thought I got 2 windshields a year - but at pickup was told that my contract for that expired? I would have appreciated being called and told that - I could have paid for it to be replaced. Instead upon pickup I left with a crack that was bigger than when I left it.

Pleased with the work on the car but the waiting room was in bad shape. WiFi down, TV not functional, complementary beverages (water) were out.
