The Finance Manager at Bob Penkhus VW in Colorado Springs, Mr. McManus, offered to negotiate a reduced price on the extended warranty and a tire and wheel protection plan. I told him what I would pay for these items, and we clearly discussed what those monthly costs were that I was willing to pay. He proceeded to prepare the paperwork and had me sign and initial everything, and only when I got home and reviewed the paperwork the next day did I see that he had charged me the full amount for both the warranty and protection plan. I'm fifty three years old and this was the most deceptive practice I've ever experienced in any transaction. Ever. When I returned to the dealership to discuss these charges the Finance Manager offered to cancel the warranty and protection plan and refund the amount against the car loan principal.

Zach was an amazing help through the whole process, from scheduling the work, to working with the warranty people to ensure that I got the best service. He went out of his way to make sure that I was fully satisfied with the work and the service. He helped me to get a rental vehicle while waiting on the work to be completed.
