I was mostly dissatisfied with the financial aspect. My vehicle had a secret warranty that ran out 200 miles before the part did. I find this frustrating since the warranty was secretly extended in 2023, and I've had my vehicle in since then, just a few months ago, actually. I paid a large amount, plus the diagnostic (which doesn't roll into the cost of repairs).

I had scheduled an oil change online but for some reason it didn't register in the computer. But I was still able to get oil changed that day.

Chris was very attentive. He made sure I understood what was going on with my service at all points. When an issue outside of the maintenance was discovered, he explained the issue and walked me to my vehicle to show me what was happening. The kind of service I received from Chris is by far the best I've received from any advisor anywhere.
