Spencer was very attentive and informative. Was available almost as often as I ever called which is truly a compliment, having dealt with less than adequate service elsewhere. Spencer is an asset to the team at bob penkus and is definitely the reason I will suggest them and their service and continue going myself. He alone assured that. Not to mention the great work that was done on the car and even a small issue that came up shortly after pick up, was fixed with ease and quickly. Tremendous talent and easy to work with.

Pricing was firm over MSRP so there was no negotiation except for the misleading warranty games. I was told all claims would be processed by the dealership and that is simply not true according to the paperwork. Very shady process (high pressure, would not take no for an answer, basically lied to us) and warranty company (no website, no literature, and no claim process explanation). Sales consultant had limited vehicle knowledge and did not spend 1 minute showing us ANY the vehicle features or operation. I asked that they not wash the vehicle, but that was not an offer to exclude all the prep - they did not even install the floor mats. Worse yet, the shock spacers were left in the vehicle for a horrific test drive and then hastily removed by the front office staff. Incomplete contacts were received and I had to request complete packages. No after sale follow-up. From the initial take-it-or-leave-it text from the sales manager to the finance manager pressure, this was the worst car buying experience ever.
