  • Vehicles are being cleaned and disinfected prior to test drives, as well as our loaner vehicle fleet.
  • We are using specialty products to clean all touchpoints in vehicles, with special attention to hightouch surfaces such as steering wheels, handles, gear shifters, cup holders and switches.
  • In our showrooms, we are following guidelines from health professionals regularly sanitizing surfaces such as tables, desks, chairs, tablets, keyboards, etc. multiple times throughout the day.
  • Antibacterial soap, hand sanitizer, sanitary wipes, toilet paper, and single use paper towels are readily available for customers use.
We are happy to provide virtual vehicle walk-arounds
via Facetime or Skype as well as at-home test drives and delivery.

Additionally we are providing all customers a full vehicle disinfectant cleaning. Your vehicle is one of the most frequently used and contaminated areas you'll occupy. We have also implemented additional precautions in accordance with guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), including:
  • Posting additional safety guides for proper hand washing techniques.
  • Requesting that our personnel temporarily refrain from shaking hands and follow all social distancing guidelines.
  • Implementing procedures that encourage personnel to stay home if they are feeling unwell in any way.
  • Sharing frequent updates with all Bob Penkhus personnel to ensure we are doing our part to minimize the impact of COVID-19.
